At Prince Desi Dawakhana, we are committed to delivering your orders safely and promptly. We work with reliable logistics partners to ensure all products reach you in perfect condition. Our packaging materials are sourced from trusted vendors and undergo rigorous testing to ensure durability and protection during transit.
Shipping Charges:
This will be reflected in your total at checkout—no additional charges will be applied beyond what is shown on your invoice.
Order Processing & Dispatch:
Once your order is confirmed, it undergoes a thorough quality check. After approval, it is securely packed and handed over to our delivery partner. Fragile items, such as glass bottles, are wrapped in multiple layers of protective packaging to prevent damage.
Delivery Timeline:
We aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours. Depending on your location, delivery typically takes 7–10 business days. While we do our best to meet estimated delivery times, occasional delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances. Prince Desi Dawakhana is not responsible for delays caused by logistics providers. Delivery timelines are not guaranteed, and we reserve the right to pause deliveries based on operational or safety requirements.
Delivery Attempts:
If no one is available at the delivery address, our logistics partner will attempt one additional delivery. You can also contact our customer service team at +91 9872957347 to request a rescheduled delivery. If delivery is unsuccessful after two attempts, the package will be returned to us.
Shipping Areas:
We currently ship across most pin codes in India. You can check service availability by entering your PIN code on any product page or at checkout. Availability may change based on our delivery partner’s coverage.
Order Tracking:
After dispatch, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information and the courier details. You can use this to monitor your shipment’s progress.
Order Invoice and Bundled Products:
All shipments will include an invoice. Any free gifts bundled with your order will also be shipped to the same address. While we try to ship all items in a single package, some products may arrive separately based on availability.
