Returns Refunds Policy

At Prince Desi Dawakhana, we aim to provide a seamless shopping experience. This policy outlines the terms and conditions for:

  • Returning goods for valid reasons

  • Issuing refunds under specific conditions

  • Cancelling orders within a set period

While we strive to accommodate returns, refunds, and cancellations, some restrictions apply due to business, legal, and contractual obligations.

What Can Be Returned and When

You may request a return if:

  • You receive a faulty or defective product

  • The product differs from what was ordered

Conditions for Returning Products

  • Items must be in original condition with the invoice

  • Packaging and branding must be intact

  • Replacements depend on availability at the time of request

To request a return or refund, email princepal27797@gmail.com within 2 days of receiving the item. Include the product name, order ID, invoice number, and a description of the issue.

Refund Process

After receiving the returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the refund status.

  • Online Payments: Refunds are initiated within 5 working days of approval and credited within 14 working days, depending on the payment gateway or bank

  • Cash on Delivery: A cheque will be sent within 3 working days, issued to the billing name and address
