Items must be in original condition with the invoice
Packaging and branding must be intact
Replacements depend on availability at the time of request
To request a return or refund, email princepal27797@gmail.com within 2 days of receiving the item. Include the product name, order ID, invoice number, and a description of the issue.
Refund Process
After receiving the returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the refund status.
Online Payments: Refunds are initiated within 5 working days of approval and credited within 14 working days, depending on the payment gateway or bank
Cash on Delivery: A cheque will be sent within 3 working days, issued to the billing name and address
